Attached Is the Invitation to Bid for a general contractor for the Ashford School roof project. Please post it on the town website.
This bid and the RFP appeared on the DAS website on Saturday, April 20
A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at the school is scheduled for Thursday, April 25
Following the walkthrough attendees will have the opportunity to ask the architect questions about the project until Monday, April 29
As questions are received, the architect will provide answers. The questions and answers will have to posted on the DAS website and on the Town website. The cutoff date for answering questions is Tuesday, April 30
Any addendum to the bid specifications will have to be posted on the DAS and Town websites on Wednesday, May 1
Bids are due at noon on Monday, May 6
