“.. for the purpose of consideration and vote upon the establishment of an Advisory School Building Committee and the appointment of its members who shall be charged with the following tasks: To evaluate the “Ashford Public School Limited Existing Conditions Survey: which was prepared by Friar Associates in 2016 and to present its prioritized findings of said survey to the Board of Selectmen.”
