If you’re wondering if you can recycle an item and throw it into your blue bin for pick up, enter an item in the search to see if it’s recyclable or not.

You can also click List of Materials below to see an alphabetical list of items detailing if an item is recyclable and if not suggestions of what to do.

Basic Guidelines to Recycling

  1. All items should be EMPTY, RINSED, CLEAN and OPEN.
  2. DO NOT shred, box, bag or bundle.
  3. When in doubt, ask the RECYCLECT WIZARD.
